The Weebly editor is very easy to learn ... and most importantly, most everything works and well. But I have had some hitches. First and foremost, some operations require a save and others are automatically done. I do not like this schizophrenia - just make me save everywhere on nowhere. Second unlike in other free Web Services like Google's Blogger or WordPress.com - the HTML/CSS editor disguises much of the content you want to edit - or at least I have not found out how to get to it.
But designers and users are going to love the availability of many themes, the drag and drop operations, plus the ability to control all key areas - menus, sidebars, and the main content. Equally attractive is the range of multimedia at your disposal. However to get the complete set of media - users will have to buy the Pro edition . Still this is quite a good first start tool for building your own website and/or blog.
Last but not least it is not easy to switch from edit view to blog without doing a Publish. In contrast other Web Service provide easy preview capabilities.
